Since I remember I was always torn between mathematics and art. For a long time I thought I have to choose one of them. My love for those two appeared very early in my life. In 2004 I started studies at Stettin’s University Department of Mathematics. It helped me realize I don’t want to fully commit myself to the world of science. I left the mathematical studies after a year and decided to join Department of Fine Arts at Adam Mickiewicz University. For next few years I devoted myself completely to the incredible world of art. In spite of my endless love for art I started to miss mathematics. I found myself spending more and more time on solving mathematical problems and exploring new mathematical areas. I was torn until the last year of art school, when I came up with an idea of Mathematical Abstraction.
